"A 52-year-old woman who died after a car crashed into the Highland Park restaurant where she had been eating was identified Sunday.
Martha Peña, of the Highland Park area, was eating with her son and husband at a table at Troy's Burgers on York Boulevard at Armadale Avenue around 4:20 p.m. Saturday when a car crashed into the restaurant, according to authorities.
City police said it was unclear if Peña was struck by the car and say she may have suffered a heart attack. But Andy Papavasiliou, one of the restaurant's owners, said that the vehicle hit Peña and she "flew about 20 feet."
Her family members and another restaurant patron also suffered injuries, according to authorities.
Police did not identify the other victims or the driver of the car, who passed a field sobriety test but could still be charged with a crime."
