...RePete Mixtape Release Party / Sunday, June 27th 2010...

My official mixtape, 'RePete' will be released on Monday, June 28th 2010. The night before, a special listening session will be held at Les Amis.

I've put way too much time into this project, considering it being my official demo for the industry. I've kept my close fans waiting long enough, and it is finally here. Family, friends & fans will be attending, along with a few industry people, and I appreciate everybody who will come out that night, being that I'm eager to hear your feedback and reviews.

I will be hosting this mixtape release party, and introducing every record on RePete, alongside DJ Jon Sotiria, who will be providing music for the whole night.

Entrance is free, drinks available.

The schedule for the night is as follows:

8:00pm - Doors open

9:00pm-9:30pm - I will introduce the first half of RePete.

9:30pm-10:00pm - Halftime break

10:00pm-10:30pm - I will introduce the second half of RePete.

Party will go on 'til 1:00am.

I'm hoping to see everyone there, and toast to the occasion. You've all played a part in my career as a recording artist, and I just want to thank everyone with a special project I've been pouring my blood, sweat and tears into.

See you there!

...Audi A9 Concept Revealed...

From the front, high three-quarter angle, Daniel Garcia's Audi A9 concept is a little too reminiscent of BMW's Vision EfficientDynamics Concept. Yet, as is the case with so many geniune Audis, get to know it a bit more and you discover its beautiful and original secrets. As a concept, it's full of features like self-repairing panels and a pushbutton that changes the exterior color, but we have to admit we're digging those electroluminescent, spoked wheels.

Better yet is the exterior, with its inviting proportions, conceivable enough that if someone told us this will be the 2016 A7 Sportback we'd give them the benefit of the doubt. Have a better look at it in the gallery of high-res photos below, and we'll hope that one of Audi's coming software apps includes running a program that turns your A8 into this.

...Crazy: Tropical Storm Hits Guatemala, Sinkhole To Nowhere...

This is terrible yet amazing. The 2nd sinkhole to occur in 2 months, only difference is this one doesn't have an end to it. Swallowing up a 3-story building, with nothing in sight.

- Officials say flooding and landslides from the season's first tropical storm have killed at least 144 people in Central America.

Dozens are still missing, thousands have lost homes and emergency crews are struggling to reach isolated communities cut off by washed-out roads and collapsed bridges caused by Tropical Storm Agatha.

In hardest-hit Guatemala, where downpours created a giant sinkhole in Guatemala City, officials reported 120 dead and at least 53 missing.

The sinkhole swallowed up an entire street intersection and two nearby buildings, residents told CNN. They said a poor sewage drainage network was to blame.

Unconfirmed reports claim that a private security guard was killed when the sinkhole opened up.

Thousands more have fled their homes in neighbouring Honduras, where the death toll rose to 15 even as meteorologists predicted three more days of rain. Two dams near the capital, Tegucigalpa, overflowed into a nearby river.

In El Salvador, the heavy rain caused numerous landslides and 11,000 people were evacuated.

...New Music: Royce Da 5'9 - "187 (Saigon Diss)" [Bar Exam 3]...

This is by far one of my top 5 favorite rappers. No question, he's been in the game since Em was still unknown, and together they were dangerous. I was so glad to hear they settled their differences, got back together, and sprung a Slaughterhouse signing to Shady. I truly believe that Royce's time has come, and everybody right now will recognize him.

Download 'Bar Exam 3' if you haven't already. I can't understand how people don't think he can go against Jay, Em, Nas, etc. This man, in my mind, is the only artist that can match Em's calibur. Point blank. I sound like a groupie, right? Lol props to Royce, man.

Bonus: "I Hate Your Pants (Skinny Jeans)"
